The Airports Authority of India, AAI, has invited applications from candidates to apply for executive and managerial positions. Qualified applicants can apply for the role via the official AAI website at aai.aero. The last submission date for the post is 14 January 2021. 368 posts in the organization will be filled by this recruitment campaign.

Age Limit
The candidate's age limit should be no more than 32 years for managerial positions and a minimum of 27 years for junior executive positions as of 30 November 2020.
Pay Scale
Manager (E-3) :- Rs.60000-3 percent -180000
Junior Executive (E-1) :- Rs.40000-3 percent -140000
In addition to Basic pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35 percent of Basic pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits and more, are admissible as per AAI rules.
Selection Process
Based on their results in the online review, candidates will be shortlisted and will be called for verification of documents / interview / physical measurement and endurance test / driving test / voice test, as appropriate for the position. There will be no adverse labelling for the incorrect responses attempted by the candidates.
